চাকরির বিবরণ / দায়িত্বসমূহ
Objective 1: Implementation of BSFP activities among targeted beneficiaries
Responsibilities:
– Ensure field level implementation of project activities under guidance of the DPM, according to the work plan developed with the PM
– Participate in development of project follow-up and supervision tools.
– Apply the project’s follow-up and supervision tools
– Participate in the beneficiaries targeting process
– Assist DPM in establishment of a beneficiaries data base system
– Identify and inform the DPM of any problems or constraints
– Propose solutions or improvements for the smooth running of the project;
– Coordinate the filed activities and provide technical support to the local partner’s staff in the field.
– Liaison with government service providers and facilitate the partnership with the local partner at union level.
Objective2: Technical assistance guidance and supervision of the ground level staffs (registrars)
Responsibilities:
– Support detail work plan development for the registrars and assign tasks in specific BSFP centres.
– Systematic follow-up and supervision of the registrars to provide constructive feedback for improvement.
– Provide day to day solution for the problems faced by the registrars
– Regular basis coaching and mentoring of the s to provide mental courage to perform duties more efficiently.
– Development of a reporting template for registrars
– Compilation of the weekly reports from the
Objective 3: Project activities monitoring and reporting
Responsibilities:
– Participate in developing different monitoring tools (baseline & end line survey, post distribution monitoring (PDM)
– Assist in organising and conducting baseline & end line survey, PDM
– Regular monitoring and follow-up the project’s progress.
– Participate in development of monitoring tools for front line workers (registrars)
– Assist DPM in writing relevant reports (APR, monitoring report, etc.)
Objective 4: Participate in need assessments and surveys when necessary
Responsibilities:
– Support food security surveillance program in Cox’s Bazar
– Participate in food security joint need assessments and surveys when needed
– Participate in emergency food security response if any kind of disaster occurred.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা
Bachelor in Agricultural Science and professional experience.
অভিজ্ঞতা
কমপক্ষে ১ বছর
অন্যান্য যোগ্যতা
Proven professional experience in Food Security & Livelihood (FSL) project: 1 year minimum
Proven professional experience in Project Cycle Management especially implementation, monitoring & evaluation.
Experience in Emergency response: 1 year minimum
Having a diploma degree in nutrition would be a benefit.
Required skills: Good knowledge on food security & nutrition causes of food insecurity and under nutrition. Good analytical capacity, good relational qualities, good knowledge on implementing projects, training and facilitation skills, Good knowledge on program monitoring and Computer knowledge (Word, Excel), medium English skills (verbally and writing), autonomy and flexibility.
